Through the Alexa skill, the logic of some business process can be configured to create Tickets, which can activate Workflows in Openser through voice commands, speeding up allocation and response times. Likewise, Alexa offers us the possibility of invoking Web Services that carry out one or more actions external to Openser, for example: create a work order in a billing system, call a customer service representative, supervise the execution tasks, products, electronics remotely or even integrate with your company’s apps.

Alexa is capable of generating Model Tickets through voice commands. Additionally, it can be configured to send SMS-type notifications, Push Notifications (iOS & Android), Emails and Telephone Calls to the different destinations required for your business.
