- Remote technical assistance.
- When in the judgment of the client requires support for critical incidents after business hours. This support will be priced at $25 USD + VAT per hour and $50 USD + VAT on holidays.

- Support and technical assistance via telephone, WhatsApp and portal from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mexico City Time) from Monday to Friday on business days, 24/7 support exclusively for critical incidents 365 days a year .
- Remote technical assistance.
NOTE: It is considered a critical incident only in those situations where there is a service interruption or prevents the essential operation of the tool, this must be reported by phone by the type of emergency and then register your related ticket in
the CAO support portal.
